Rice Krispie Hearts

Rice Krispie Treats are always a hit with kids so this year I made them these super easy ones with marshmallows and white chocolate then cut them out with a heart cookie cutter.


1 tbsp butter
1 cup of mini marshmallows
2 cups rice bubbles
1/2 cup white chocolate bits

Melt the butter and marshmallows together in microwave for 30 seconds
Add the rice bubbles and stir together
Tip out into a baking tin lined with baking paper
Press flat then gently lift out of tin
Allow to cool slightly then cut into shapes with cookie cutter
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds
Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted and smooth
Decorate the rice krispie treats with white chocolate
Store in the refrigerator
