Petite Kitchen – Book Review

I am always in search of new recipes and have been picking recipe books out at the library that peak my interest.  One of the ones I got recently was “Petite Kitchen” by Eleanor Ozich.

She describes her style as simple whole food recipes.  It offers a variety of foods but I primarily focussed on the sweet side of things. The two recipes I’ve tried so far are Gooey Lemon Slice with Raspberries and Apple and Cinnamon Coconut Flour Cake. They were tasty delicious alternatives that are creative as well as appealing.
