Recently we had a school bake sale so I thought what better time to make those terrible sweet treats you don’t make too often because they are dangerously too delicious (and not so good for you in large batches). Anyway I thought it would make a great holiday treat if you have a few guests coming your way with a sweet tooth.
This recipe is adapted from a chocolate brownie slice that I make, I hope you will enjoy it.
100 grams butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup m&ms (i just used one packet)
Preheat oven to 180 C
Melt butter, stir in eggs sugar and vanilla
Beat well with wooden spoon
Sift in flour, cocoa and baking powder
Fold into egg mixture with m&ms
Do not over mix
Spoon into muffin pan and bake 12 – 15 minutes
