This is a quick easy and simple recipe that is a great healthy treat for your sweet tooth. All you need is an assortment of nuts and dried fruit with some 80 % bittersweet chocolate and some small paper muffin cups.
The two combinations I made were cashew and almond and cashew, coconut and cranberry.
80% dark chocolate
dried fruit and nuts of your choice
Melt the chocolate and spoon 1 teaspoon full into the muffin cup.
Add the ingredients that you want
Then top with another teaspoon of chocolate
You can add decoration to the top if you want.
I used it to show what was inside.
